Thank you for your email and THANK YOU for your kind words, understanding and offer of a discount for the service.  Thanks to Les, Peter and Maz on what has been a most challenging and stressful time, culminating in a very challenging collection and transportation of our patient not helped by circumstances generated beyond all our control despite every effort to plan for. 

I’m sure Les ( who has been absolutely fabulous and a credit to your organisation) has appraised you but I must give special thanks to him for being so Professional, reassuring and instrumental in ensuring that the operation to extract the patient was a success. 

This has been the most gruelling and arduous of fights.
